|_.Description|Due to lack of time for business analysis, there is a big risk that some critical requirements have not been identified|
|_.Impact|Additional time and budget for implementing missing requirements|
|_.Indicators|The risk is considered to have happened if during the acceptance of the user interface prototype developed at Elaboration stage it appears clear that some forms or form elements are missing|
|_.Mitigation actions|1. Track all the requirements in redmine, get customer approval for each requirement
2. Elaborate user interface prototype and get customer approval prior to implementing the requirements|
|_.Contingency plan|In the risk happens, the following tasks are to be performed:
1. UI prototype refactoring - 16 m/h
2. Getting customer approval for an updated UI prototype – 8 m/h
3. Project estimate revision – 8 m/h|
