The following tasks are to be performed in case if the risk occurs: 1. UI prototype refactoring - 16 m/h 2. Getting customer approval for an updated UI prototype – 8 m/h 3. Project estimate revision – 8 m/h If the re-estimation causes the budget increase to exceed the 80 m/h reserve, all requirements must be reprioritized and some must be postponed for future releases. |
